What's new?

CCH IntelliConnect

CCH have released a new and improved IntelliConnect interface. The database includes some new Family Law content that is specifically WA-related. CCH have also revamped other practice areas such as Tax Law and Business Law.  CCH IntelliConnect can be accessed through OneSearch.

Capital Monitor

Capital Monitor is a parliamentary monitoring service provided by Lexis Nexis. This service will allow you to search for up to date parliamentary, political, legislative and judicial news and information, on any jurisdiction! You can access Capital Monitor via OneSearch.

University of Western Australia Law Review

The University of Western Australia Review is now available online. Congratulations to the Law Review team!

Westlaw UK 

The Library now has access to the Westlaw UK database. Westlaw UK is a full text legal database covering EU and UK legislation, case law and selected legal journals. It also includes Legal Journals Index, Financial Journals Index, a case citator and the White Book (civil procedure).

You can access Westlaw UK via OneSearch. 

Australian Commercial Arbitration 

Australian Commercial Arbitration provides detailed annotations to the uniform Commercial Arbitration Acts. Published by LexisNexis, it is designed to guide practitioners through the legal principles, procedures and practical issues that arise in commercial arbitration.
